The Conference will begin Monday, May 23, 2022 at 8am with breakfast “STARTING AT 7 AM” and end on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. at 5pm.

Registration (includes 2 Day Conference, Monday May 23^nd and Tuesday May 24^rd) breakfast, lunch, snacks and after hours networking event included)

$225 In-Person Attendance $200 ACPA member (includes Conference swag, breakfast, lunch, snacks and networking night out if staying on property), Special $119 per nt. stay for Conference attendees.
$175 Virtual Only attendance $150 ACPA member (will receive Conference bag by mail prior to Conference)

Here are some highlights for the 2022 Conference:

The hotel and casino is now non-smoking- and all rooms have been renovated with new, beautiful suites added.
Be on the look out!!! We will soon send you a reservation code which will allow you to book a room there at a Government Per Diem rate and hope you will be able to stay there with us even if you live locally. This rate will also allow you the option of coming in early to enjoy a weekend get away with your family should you wish to.
We have begun to book special evening opportunities for our attendees to do such things as; a sunset horseback ride, shuttles to the outlet mall or special pampering at the Aji Spa – should you wish to include some fun into this work trip.
Any training with ACPA is done “top-notch” with not only the best trainings possible but also the best food, beverage and fun!

WILD HORSE PASS HOTEL ACTIVITIES:

FREE Shuttle Service to and from the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino is provided. The driver would meet you just outside of the lobby area at 5:45pm.

Private 60 Minute Ride (Just your group) $65 per person (includes tax however wrangler gratuity is not)

If the block gets full (I set aside 12 horses), please have your guests reach out to me directly at 602-791-3283 to see if we can add them or find an alternate time for them.
