MEMBERSHIP TYPES
- Standard ($50)
Individuals working full-time for law enforcement, a non-profit agency, organizations or governmental bodies and/or those who have a concerned and demonstrated interest in the promotion and advancement of crime prevention in the State of Arizona. Such membership is non-transferrable and available to both civilian and law enforcement personnel. These members shall have voting rights and be eligible to serve on the Executive Board of the Association.
- Associate ($25)
Individuals working part-time or on a voluntary basis for law enforcement, a non-profit agency, organizations or governmental bodies and/or those individuals who are retired from law enforcement and/or who contribute in the promotion and advancement of crime prevention in the State of Arizona. Such membership is non-transferrable. These members shall not have voting rights or be able to hold positions as officers in the Association, except on an appointive committee, including Member at Large, at the will of the President, with right to vote on said committee.
- Law Enforcement Agency ($100)
Includes head of law enforcement agency plus two transferrable memberships. The two transferrable memberships can be used by not more than two individuals working full-time for that particular agency whether an employee or volunteer. Individuals with a law enforcement agency membership must register with the ACPA Secretary, but may change during the membership year at any point, with notice of the replacement/s to the ACPA Secretary. Law Enforcement Agency memberships shall have voting rights and be eligible to serve on committees and hold positions as officers in the Association; however, membership becomes non-transferrable should any individual become an Officer of the Association. ** You must complete the second sheet of the membership form.
- Business Associate ($250) Includes business owner plus two transferrable memberships. Business Associates are those individuals working in for-profit commercial enterprises whose business interests are related to some facet of crime prevention in the State. Individuals using the Business Associate transferrable memberships must register with the ACPA Secretary, but may change no more than three times during the membership year, at any point, with notice of replacement to the ACPA Secretary. Business Associate membership shall not have voting rights or be able to hold positions as an officer of the Association, except on an appointive committee, including Member at Large at the will of the President, with the right to vote on said committee. Business Associates may, as space permits and at the sole discretion of the Executive Board, be granted the opportunity to set up a display booth or information table during applicable conferences and/or trainings. ** You must complete the second sheet of the membership form.
